Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS) acknowledges the successful support provided by VISI L.A. Security Force Sdn Bhd as a sub-contractor during the USS Blue Ridge's port visit to Port Klang Cruise Terminal (PKCT) from 17 to 22 July 2024. The security services provided met the stringent requirements of the US Navy.
VISI L.A. Security Force provided 3 Armed Security Guards and 2 K9 units with Dog Handlers, maintaining 24-hour protection. The team demonstrated a superior understanding of the Scope of Work (SOW) and exceeded all expectations set by the US Navy.
The team's diligence was crucial in addressing an urgent request on 17 July 2024, when a malfunctioning bus needed to be replaced promptly. The team's swift response ensured the safety and security of USS Blue Ridge's crew during their Liberty Tours.
Due to the outstanding commitment and performance, ISS looks forward to future collaboration and expresses immense gratitude for the support provided during this port visit.
